that's an interesting question, actually. I've always noted the connection between clothes style and music. I don't really know what you mean by ';best'; though. I think its a matter of opinion. People use clothes to broadcast what kind of music they like and interests they have in order to attract people of the same sort. Punk and Goth are two of the more noticeable groups. Both express the music genres of the same name.
