Make a highlight tape?

I want to make a highlight tape of all my games and I want to know the simplest way 2 do it.Make a highlight tape?
...it depends on the format of the original tapes. You can hook up a couple of VCRs or You can transfer the tapes to a computer and use a video editing program to assemble the highlights video.
