The film Mississippi Burning highlights the negative aspects of Southern Society. Do you agree?

Negative aspects of the south? I'm not sure it even did a good job portraying ANY aspects of American life in the 60's.

That movie is a bunch of BS that stuff never happenThe film Mississippi Burning highlights the negative aspects of Southern Society. Do you agree?
what other kind of southern society is there?
no.

mississippi burning is a northerners view of things.
Yes but it does not highlight them strongly enough.
What that movie portrayed was a 60's view of racial prejudice. Definately in the South it was extreme, but it was not unique in the US. I live in California, and some of the comments the ';extra'; actors mouths in the movie, my parents said too.

It is easy to target the south, but the problem was nationwide.
