Anything metal or rock. Football is a fast sport, so you're going to want some up tempo stuff. You can never go wrong with Welcome to the Jungle (Guns n Roses), Enter Sandman (Metallica) or The Trooper (Iron Maiden)
Or you can be cheesy and go with the William Tell Overture. ;)
